The all-inclusive Nissan Patrol ZD30 common rail intercooler uses fully tig welded construction that incorporates a 280x240x76mm core with cast alloy end tanks, billet CNC machined mounting brackets and a map sensor block with boost port.  The comprehensive kit also includes a thermo fan with wiring loom and requires no modifications to the sub frame and is designed to elevate the existing factory unit position.

The ZD30 standard factory intercooler is often prone to splitting and not generally repairable. The HPD ZD30 common rail intercooler allows reduction in both inlet temperatures and engine running temperatures, resulting in better performance, reliability and consistent and sustainable power.
